Sam Klein

Graduate Student

Sam is interested in the associations between aberrant visual perception, symptomatology, and cognition in patients with schizophrenia. Additionally, he seeks to identify specific visual processing deficits that may indicate a genetic liability for psychosis. He is also interested in the affective components of substance abuse disorders, namely hedonic dysregulation as a mechanism for the onset and maintenance of these disorders, and the high rates of comorbid substance use seen in patients with schizophrenia.
