Beatrice Hammel

Beatrice Hammel is a 2nd year graduate student in the Clinical Science and Psychopathology Research program. She received her B.A. degree with majors in Psychology and Spanish from St. Olaf College. Beatrice’s research interests center on risk taking and substance use behaviors in adolescents, and she is interested in the factors that raise adolescents’ likelihood of developing addictive disorders in emerging adulthood. For leisure, she enjoys playing the upright bass and reading science fiction books.
